A nice new aboveground tank. The dike is between the tank and the building, which is a pump house. Note the pipe must get from the pumphouse to the tank, either through the dike or over it. The spiral stairs run toward the rear, out of sight, the straight pipe on the left side of the tank is an electric conduit or pipe for firefighting foam.
