FORWARDING EMAIL
1) Open up telnet and go all the way into it where you have:

Aurora Main Menu:

M. Mail
E. Text Editor
F. File Manager
T. File Transfer Tools
I. Internet Tools
U. Find user name
S. Show current system users
C. Change Password
K. Use Unix Korn Shell
N. Show News
P. Preferences

2) Push P for prefrences, from there you should have the Aurora Preferences Menu:

U. Mail Utilities Menu
B. Default Browser (File Manager) Setup
E. Default Editor Setup
P. Default Printer Setup
D. Change Personal Directory (finger) Information
S. Show Current Settings
R. Reset System to Default Settings

3) Type U for Mail Utilities Menu this will open up the Aurora Mail Utilities Menu:

E. Edit Signature File
C. Clear Signature File
F. Set Forwarding Address
A. Activate Forwarding
D. Deactivate Forwarding
S. Show Current Forwarding Address
P. PineToLDIF; export pine addressbook (and mail me a copy)
X. FiX My Inbox

4) Hit F for Set Forwading address

5) In this section you will want to type in the email address to forward your aurora email to.

6) After you have typed in the address, press enter and it should return you to the Aurora Mail Utilities, now select A to activate the forwarding.
7) After you have Activated the forwarding, go ahead and Quit to logoff

YOUR AURORA EMAIL SHOULD NOW BE SET TO FORWARD

If you would rather use an email program go and get aurora email:
If you are using Netscape Messenger go to

If you are using Outlook or Outlook Express go to
http://www.uaf.edu/DCC/main/docs_00/OutlookExp.html

If you are using Hotmail or Yahoo or another internet based email similar to those the following steps should enable them to get your aurora email:
